silent ecstasy
is it music of the waves
or ocean’s poem
liquid flowing lullaby
this prayer in passing
eluding me
into silent ecstasy
is it music of the waves
or ocean’s poem
liquid flowing lullaby
this prayer in passing
eluding me
into silent ecstasy

Love the music and the poem– a beautiful post. Thanks for the follow– am going to follow you. Right now, a little overwhelmed with life and taking a break from WP but am reading a select few and hopefully will be posting again. I feel this pull toward all things Indian– am learning Bollywood dance and wish I could learn classical dance. Nice to make your acquaintance.

thank you so much, stockdalewolfe! Lovely to hear your are learning Bollywood dance, its quite fun..isn’t it? I used to learn classical bollywood dance while growing up. And there are special schools for Kathak and Bharatnatyam, try looking for them in your city. I am sure there must be a beginners class you could join and enjoy 🙂

I don’t listen to Anoushka Shankar as such, but I like her song Shyam Re so much. This is from the album Rise.
