in your presence
look what have I become –
a lunatic fool
writing love letters
to existence

dewy flowers blossom
gently nudged
by careless breeze
bursting joy
they seize moments
under the sun
and flutter
in the amorous play
of eternal fate
delighting
in a playful
possibility

silent revelation

Posted on Updated on

in our dreaming
we find each other
in forgetfulness
we look for reasons
questioning what only eyes can see
doubting what is to be trusted

where do the tears disappear to
where does the laughter come from
that void where all sinks in,
emptiness that consumes
over and again

I stand here
still
looking out for you
your ineffable image, that echoing sound
distant rumble of your footsteps
still alive in my thoughts

taking a leap in remembrance
I surge towards you –
like a moon
seeking fullness
like an empty vase
longing for the freshness of flowers

rubescent nostalgia

Posted on Updated on

which dark waters am I treading,
with this hallowed crimson heart?
following the whispers in the scattered wind,
uttering prayer from my quivering lips

how will I speak of this enchanting tale,
whose splendour lies hidden in its roots?
of love unspoken, songs unheard and melody untouched

planting these silent kisses,
you play with my mind;
with your endearing invisible touch,
you comfort my most aching parts

your burning memory ignites a flame within,
and flowers begin to grow
from this forever bleeding wound
