Thank you for your kind words, dear Robert 🙂 I concur.. why look back towards the shadow, when the light is right in front of us. Wishing you well, always 🙏🏻
Well thank you Himani, I did not know that book existed…and your love for us all shared it. It has something within it I need to see…I could ‘feel’ it wanted to speak to me 😀
I feel like a kid in a toy shop 😀
sun does exist and hope is the only rope
which ties us on the summit of elation
despair, deflation, distress’ inflation,
albeit, a real factual feel,
you and I need to deal,
reel and reel, in the desert alone
until kissed by the beloved
We come alone and we leave this world alone AB.. its an inherent part of who we are 🙂 But yes, sharing love and having a good company while on this journey of life sure makes it more fun. I hope and pray you’re keeping well. ✨
Many thanks for your wonderful thought and words; the kiss of the beloved has multitude of meanings. Shah Latif, Sachal Sarmast and other Sufi poets I read and admire combine the two realms of this life and beyond through simple acts of love and longing.

Dear Himani,
Oh how beautiful!
Suns do exist. Let us all circle around them, never going back into, not even glancing into, the city of hopelessness.
All good wishes,
robert
