How much you are able to give…
This is the measure of the gift within you.

We are all gatekeepers to each others’ soul.

There is only one (sole) soul.
Love is the eye that sees the Soul,
through the light of a shimmering tear.

So thank you for every tear;

they have helped me to open my
torn heart.
Now ink drips from my eyes onto a page meant to heal
these torn hearts of ours.

We are all scarred….

The healers are the ones who let the scars break open.

      Salaams dear Robert! 🙂 How lovely to have you back! I hope and pray life has been treating you well. These words are written by a dear friend Zafar (https://themidnightflyer.com) I am certain you’ll enjoy more of his writing. I’ve been away as well because of school and life. Poetry continues to flows.. though it doesn’t make it to the blog as often. Thank you for dropping by. I wish you and Jasmine the best, always 🙏🏻 ✨

    Himani so beautifully penned lines. Love is the only thing that sees the Soul as one. Great post.
