Great imagery. I can visualize myself running through that field in “holy mischief.”

This reminds me EXACTLY of summer love. And my love for summer (: put a smile on my face with all the increasing nostalgia of one particular summer gone past and the one that has just commenced; new memories – and poetry – just make me wayyyy too happy 😀

I like this! Reminds me of this conjoined tanka I wrote two days ago!

    “Host of a Ghost”
    by Ry Hakari

    Phantom pregnancies’
    bellies full of butterflies
    from inner children’s
    parent’s retrospection of
    first flutterings, ricochet
    through hearts rapidly
    like love hurricanes in blood
    as déjà vu dreams
    dizzying them, enchant with
    true love’s magical feelings

Oh, I love this so much Himani! 🙂 It is soft and gently and joyful and that always resonates with me 🙂 My relation with God is little bit like that, a mix between a child-parent relation and best friends! 🙂

Always makes me happy to hear that Line 🙂 Thank you so much for your kind words and presence..I really love and treasure it! And yes, I have a very similar relationship with the Divine and as someone put it in words –

God and I have become two giant fat people living in a tiny boat. We keep bumping into each other and laughing.

🙂 Much love, always..sending my good wishes your way!
