sacred shrine

Posted on Updated on

cloaked in humility
from the spectrum of my thoughts
to lining of feelings
I lie at your altar
imbued in your Presence

the cool morning breeze
slowly unfolds secrets
what my heart cannot fathom
these tiny eyes cannot suffice

still the breeze
hums softly
over my ears
and I hear every atom
every particle in existence
each heart beating with the same vibration

I close my eyes
and see a universe whirling inside
wherever I travel – inside, outside
I find myself coming home
even when I think I am going away
I wake up to a union in separation

once I was sane and knowing
now with a heart swollen in gratitude
reduced to nothingness at your feet
little by little
I am remembering everything

The soft embracing words you share along with the image are so spiritually satisfying in the place where love always abides! Your beau if he reads your should have a lasting smile throughout the day!

I appreciate your prayers and good wishes. I would love to connect more to that state, instead of occasionally, usually in nature for me, sometimes dancing or prayer. What is your top practice for connecting to the divine?
        Thanks Himani,

    Greetings,

This is so lovely. It just so happens that, while drinking in these words, I am listening to Fabrizio Paterlini. The particular song is “Somehow Familiar.” It fits, in how it simply leaves your words as they are.

Your words have joined this awareness that seems to reside in this body. I must say that your created works, here and elsewhere, help this heart to swell, and to remember.

The picture is lovely. The birds fly together.

    Thank you so much.

    All good wishes,

    robert
